Virtual Mailbox: Additional Add-On Services
Monthly or Per Use Charges
Mail & Package Notification: Receive a text or email one day per week alerting you if you have mail to pick up.
Mail Check Fee: Each time you call the office and request your mailbox be checked.
Mail Scan & Email: All mail in your mailbox will be opened and scanned and placed in a Dropbox folder (once per week).
Mail Forwarding: Select from our four plans: once a month, twice a month, once a week, or up to 5 days per week. All mail in your mailbox will be packaged and mailed to another address via the USPS.

Commercial Registered Office Provider Services (CROP)

Every very company registered in Pennsylvania must maintain a physical office address at which they may be served with legal process should they be named in a lawsuit.
It is important for all business owners to know and understand the difference between a Virtual Mailbox and CROP:
A Virtual Mailbox allow the use of the address for a Google Business Listing, plus use on business cards and websites. A virtual mailbox address is used as your general business USPS mailing & package delivery address. You will be required to fill out the USPS form 1583 to open a virtual mailbox and this form will be filed with the USPS.
A Commercial Registered Office Provider (CROP) allows a business to use the BusinessWise address when registering their business in the State of Pennsylvania. This becomes your business’s “legal address”. If your company becomes part of or named in a lawsuit the process server will come to your business’s “legal address” to serve the papers. Law & Finance, LP (BusinessWise) is recognized in the State of Pennsylvania as a “CROP” which permits us to legally accept process served legal documents on behalf of your company.
BusinessWise CROP Services Include:

- Immediate Scanning & Email of the received court documents.
